Microsoft is currently investigating an issue impacting Microsoft 365 (Business and Enterprise).

Some users may experience degraded functionality or be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft engineers are actively working on a resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We are pleased to confirm that the Microsoft 365 accessibility issues have been fully resolved. All email services are now operational.

Microsoft has determined that a portion of their infrastructure in North America is not processing traffic as expected.

They are taking mitigation steps to resolve the issue and are rebalancing traffic to alternate systems to reduce impact on affected users.
