SATURN has now been fully restored, and connectivity issues resolved. The server is now fully online, and all websites/email services up and running. Thank you for your patience, and should you have any additional concerns/questions, please reach out to our Support Channel, via Live Chat or Emails.

The server has successfully been restored and was able to boot however an additional network issues have now been identified. Our Server Health team at the moment is still working in conjunction with the Data Center, in order to restore connectivity.

A hardware failure has been identified on the Lunarpages server SATURN, causing the server to be unreachable at the moment. Our Server Health team is at the moment working to restore the server. During this time, websites/emails hosted on this server will not be available. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused.
