Reseller Hosting Connectivity Issue on server r130

FIXED (12:11 AM EST) - This incident has been resolved and server connectivity has been stabilized.

MONITORING (09:35 PM EST) - We have successfully identified the problem affecting r130. A fix has been implemented, and we're monitoring the results.

INVESTIGATING - Our Server Health team is investigating an issue with our server r130. During this time, you may experience downtime with Emails and Website. Similar issues are not detected on any other servers in our fleet at the moment.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information.

Reseller Hosting Connectivity Issue on server r130

FIXED (04:30 AM EST) - The server (r130) has been stabilized and sites are loading normally from this site. Although resolved we're continuing to monitor the server for any abnormal activity.

IDENTIFIED (02:30 AM EST) - Our monitoring on the server suggest that r130 is still affected by connectivity problems. We are currently working in conjunction with our Data Center to restore connectivity to the server.

MONITORING (02:00 AM EST) - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

INVESTIGATING - Our server health team is currently investigating reported connectivity issues with the R130 Reseller Server. This affects Websites & Emails hosted under the server. Similar issues are not detected on any other servers in our fleet at the moment.

Web Hosting HP295 Performance Issues

FIXED (03:30 AM EST) - Our monitoring on the server is showing that load is now stable, and sites are loading without issues. MONITORING (03:02 AM EST) - A fix to the reported performance issues have been implemented by our Server Health Team, and we are currently monitoring the server load as well as performance of sites hosted in the server.

INVESTIGATING (02:36 EST) - Our server health team is currently investigating a performance issue affecting the hp295 shared server. This affects Websites & Emails hosted under the server. Similar issues are not detected on any other servers in our fleet at the moment.

Protection Power Portal Planned Maintenance

UPDATE: Maintenance/Upgrade has been completed. Protection Power dashboard is back online.

Our Protection Power Infrastructure is currently undergoing a Scheduled Maintenance and Upgrade. Due to the complexities involved we expect maintenance activity to extend for 12 hours during which the Client Portal will be taken offline and switched to Maintenance Mode.
