Web Hosting Performance issues - hp295 server

Update (9:55am EST)

The server is now under normal loading, sites and email should be loading normally.

Further tests are still being performed to confirm if the issue is fully resolved, by our system administrators. Once fully confirmed, case will be closed at that time.

Update (8:13am EST)

Our team managed to stabilize the server and it is currently being monitored. Next updates will be posted once our system administrators will confirm the load issues are resolved permanently.

hp295 shared server is experiencing intermittent load issues. Our Server Health team is actively working on the server to stabilize it.

Our Server Health team has resolved the issues with the poor performance issues for our server r130, and all systems should now be operating normally. The server is under extreme monitoring at the moment and If you continue to experience any problems, then please reach our support team right away. Thank you for your patience throughout this process, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Ongoing (9:40am EST)

Our Server Health team is continuing to work on resolving the poor performance issues for r130. At this time websites and email accounts are still being affected.

Reseller Hosting Connectivity Issue on server r130

FIXED (12:11 AM EST) - This incident has been resolved and server connectivity has been stabilized.

MONITORING (09:35 PM EST) - We have successfully identified the problem affecting r130. A fix has been implemented, and we're monitoring the results.

INVESTIGATING - Our Server Health team is investigating an issue with our server r130. During this time, you may experience downtime with Emails and Website. Similar issues are not detected on any other servers in our fleet at the moment.

FIXED (04:30 AM EST) - The server (r130) has been stabilized and sites are loading normally from this site. Although resolved we're continuing to monitor the server for any abnormal activity.

IDENTIFIED (02:30 AM EST) - Our monitoring on the server suggest that r130 is still affected by connectivity problems. We are currently working in conjunction with our Data Center to restore connectivity to the server.

MONITORING (02:00 AM EST) - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

INVESTIGATING - Our server health team is currently investigating reported connectivity issues with the R130 Reseller Server. This affects Websites & Emails hosted under the server. Similar issues are not detected on any other servers in our fleet at the moment.
