VPS Hosting [VPS servers] Multiple nodes are experiencing issues

Update 10:45am ET - FIXED:

The nodes are now stable and server's functionality resumed. Our Server Health team are monitoring the nodes further to ensure everything works as expected.

The following nodes hosting some of our VPS servers are experiencing issues at this time.

xen122, xen128. xen129, xen130, xen131

Website and email content may be slow or unresponsive at this time. We're investigating the issue thoroughly at the moment.

HostPapa Dashboard Planned Maintenance - Protection Power Upgrade to version 5.8

Update: Maintenance has been completed at this time and the Protection Power services are online

The Protection Power Infrastructure is currently undergoing a Scheduled Maintenance and Upgrade.

During the upgrade the Protection Power portal will be in maintenance mode for about 3 hours from 4 AM EST to 7 AM EST.

We will keep you updated on the progress of this upgrade, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused.

Basic Email Basic / Advanced Email - webmail degradation

Update: The issue is now resolved. Thank you for your patience!

We are currently investigating an issue with our Basic / Advanced email services that affects Webmail login. This affects only some users from UK location who might experience intermittent issues with the login to the webmail interface.

Updates will be posted as soon as the issue will be resolved. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
