Some users of our Website Builder tool may be experiencing issues when trying to connect to the service. An error may be displayed that notes a login issue.

The issue is currently being investigated and we're working to have it resolved as soon as possible. Updates will be posted here as the investigation continues.

Hostpapa Dashboard and Our Ticketing system is currently experiencing an issue. Our team is currently investigating the problem and working on a fix.

During this time access to the Dashboard might not be fully working and our Ticketing System Response might be delayed.
