Advanced Email PapaMail: Emergency Maintenance Basic/Advanced Email

The scheduled maintenance has now been completed.

Reboots will be performed again on nodes in our Basic/Advanced Mail Service in order to maintain our data redundancy levels. Detailed of the maintenance timeframe is as follows:

Start time Dec 7, 11:55 PM EST

Estimated duration 1 hour and 5 minutes

The expected downtime is 1-2 mins (twice). The reboot will cause a short blip of services impacting your email services, with it restored fully afterwards. We'll keep you updated and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused.


Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice:

Our Engineering team will be performing reboots on nodes in our PapaMail service. During this time users may experience brief disconnects and reconnects with their services.

Website Builder Access Issue

UPDATE - This has now been fixed, once again we truly apologize for any inconveniences caused. Please reach out to our support via Live Chat, Phones or Submit a Ticket, if you have any questions or concerns.

09:50 PM - We have identified an issue preventing access to the Website Builder interface and management system. At this time our Technicians are investigating the error. In the meantime thank you for your patience and sincere apology for the inconveniences caused.

Protection Power Scheduled Maintenance

4AM EST to 7AM EST

Protection Power is undergoing scheduled maintenance to upgrade internal systems for around 3 hours from 4 AM EST to 7 AM EST. Although the Protection Power dashboard may be inaccessible during this upgrade, there will be no downtime on your websites and your website protections, scans will continue as is.
