The issue has been resolved. Services for PapaMail have been healthy for some time now and users are able to login to the webmail. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

We have identified an issue with the PapaMail servers. Some mailboxes are not being accessible from webmail. IMAP and POP services are not affected by the issue. Our engineering team is working on implementing a permanent fix.

We will continue to provide updates as we work through this issue.

Our Server Health team has managed to restore MySQL Database Functionality on this server, and is currently watching the issue closely. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our server health team has identified an issue currently affecting HP256, causing MySQL Database to be inaccessible. Our team is working on a fix and further updates will be posted here.
