Our team has managed to resolve the IP reputation issue, and at this time no further mail delivery failure has been reported.

Our Server Health team is currently investigating email delivery problems affecting our Shared Hosting services, which includes Optimized Wordpress & Reseller hosting.

We are looking into reported IP reputation issues with our mail relay system and during this period some emails might fail to be delivered and bouncebacks are generated.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused, and will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
