Web Hosting Website accessibility issues for clients located in Australia

We have received reports wherein clients located from Australia are unable to access their websites. Our Server Admins are already investigating the issue which appears to be related to our Protection Power service.

A workaround for this issue has been implemented while the root cause continues to be investigated. If you're still experiencing issues related to the Protection Power service, please contact our support team for further instructions.

Web Hosting HP313 - My cPanel access

cPanel is accessible again from the dashboard for clients on server HP313. The issue is marked as resolved.

UPDATE: 01:45 AM

Our Server Admins are still working on the Error 524 issue when trying to launch cPanel from HostPapa Dashboard.

In the meantime, you can access cPanel directly through https://hp313.hostpapa.com:2083/ using your cPanel username and password.

We will post updates once availanble.


HP313 is currently experiencing issues with accessing the My cPanel tab from the Dashboard. Our Server Admins are already aware and working for a fix.

During this time, clients may get Error 524 when trying to launch cPaenl from their HostPapa account.

Direct access to cPanel is working and you can use the following URL to log in: https://hp313.hostpapa.com:2083/
