Web Hosting Korax Mail Server - issues

Korax mail server is still experiencing issues accessing or disconnections from the webmail and mail clients. Our Server Administrators are still investigating into this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The Korax mail server is currently experiencing issues with SMTP services which may result in disconnection and inability to login via email client (Outlook, Macmail, etc.) as well as webmail. Our Server Administrators are investigating into this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We have identified an issue with our voice support phone lines that are affecting incoming and outgoing calls for 905 XXX. You may not be able to contact us via phone.

This is being investigated, and we will update this status page periodically until resolved.

Korax Mail Server - Login issues

Our Server Admins have fixed the issue. The mail server and login via email client and webmail should be working normally at this time. If you are still experiencing any issue, please feel free to contact us via our Support channels.
