Web Hosting HP266 - Scheduled Infrastructure Migration

Please be advised that we will be performing an infrastructure upgrade for the server HP266 starting on December 11, 2022, at 11 PM EST. This migration is in line with our commitment to providing the best services to all our customers.

Minimal to no downtime is expected as we are doing a live transfer of the hosted accounts.

IMPORTANT: If you are using hp266.hostpapa.com or 69.90.66.150 as the incoming/outgoing server in your email client(s) or device(s), please change that with either mail.yourdomainname.com (where you would replace “yourdomainname.com” with the domain of the email address you are setting up) or to hp268.hostpapa.com. If you are using an external email service, no changes are required.

The infrastructure upgrade of the web hosting server is now complete. The website(s) and email(s) should start serving from the new server immediately.

Please be reminded that hp266.hostpapa.com will soon be shut down. If you are using hp266.hostpapa.com or its IP address 69.90.66.150, you are required to update it to the new server to avoid any disruption of service.

As announced via email, we have started the infrastructure upgrade for the HP266-hosted accounts with external or 3rd-party nameservers. We highly recommend that you don’t make any changes to your website(s) until you receive another email from us confirming that the server upgrade has been completed.

The migration of the accounts to the new server is still ongoing. However, we have successfully migrated some of the accounts to the new server.
