Basic Email Basic/Advanced Email IMAP Login Issue

UPDATE: 10:36 EST

This incident is now resolved and all cluster A users should no longer have IMAP issues.


UPDATE: 09:47 EST

We have implemented a fix for this issue and we are already starting to see an improvement in IMAP connections on Cluster A.


UPDATE: 09:35 EST

We have identified the cause of this IMAP connection issue on Cluster A. Steps are being taken to more evenly distribute users across the IMAP nodes. Further updates will be posted here.


We are currently experiencing incident that is impacting Hostedemail, (IMAP, Cluster A). Some Basic/Advanced email users may be experiencing login failure using IMAP connection. Our operations team is currently investigating the issue. We will update as soon as we've identified the issue.

Web Hosting Protection Power Dashboard Issues

Update 02:00 PM EST: The issues with Protection Power Dashboard has been resolved. Access to the Dashboard should now be restored, please reach out should you encounter any issues or have any concerns questions about this. We apologize sincerely for the inconveniences caused.


The Protection Power Dashboard is currently inaccessible. We are investigating the issue and will update this status when we have more details. This is not affecting the malware scan, malware removal or any other feature besides to login to the Dashboard.

HostPapa Dashboard Hostpapa Dashboard Access Issue

UPDATE 12:02 AM EST: This has been resolved now and access to the Dashboard and our Ticketing System should be fully restored.

We have identified and currently investigating an intermittent issue affecting access to The Hostpapa Dashboard, as well as our Ticketing system.

During this period your access to the Dashboard might be limited or you might encounter error upon access.

Our team is currently working to restore full access to the system as soon as possible. Further updates will be posted here.
