Web Hosting Issue with cPanel Provisioning of New Shared Hosting Accounts

There is an issue with cPanel installation automation which results in a delay in the provisioning of new accounts for the following hosting plans:

Start, Plus, Pro, Ultra, WP Start, WP Plus, WP Pro, and WP Ultra.
